在 Control Panel 的 Regional Options 內設定 Your Locale 及 System Locale 為「Chinese (Taiwan)」（見下圖）。

進入 Control Panel － Regional and Language Options － Advanced，在「Language for non-Unicode programs」中選擇「Chinese (Taiwan)」（見下圖）。
